- Standard: 3-5 business day delivery. $4.99 for orders under $50, free for orders over $50.
- 2-Day: 2 business day delivery. $7.99 for all orders.
- Overnight: Next business day delivery. $19.99 for all orders.
- International: Varies based on destination. Contact us for rates.
Shipping fees are charged at checkout based on order total and destination ZIP code. Your order will be shipped to the address specified at checkout. We are only able to ship to addresses within the 50 United States.
We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but cannot guarantee exact arrival dates or times. Factors such as weather, carrier errors, and incorrect addresses may delay your order. We are not liable for losses related to shipping delays or delivery to the wrong address due to user error.
Please inspect packages upon delivery and note any missing or damaged items on the carrier’s delivery record. Contact us promptly if you have any issues – we are happy to assist with returns, replacements, and refunds. See our Returns & Refunds policy below.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, provided items are returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. Please note that customized or embroidered products are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship items to:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once items are received and inspected, within approximately 5 business days. You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective, damaged, incorrect item).
If you receive a defective, broken, or damaged item, contact us right away so we can replace it at no charge or issue a refund.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to fully process with your financial institution. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns regarding returns – we’re happy to help.
